Burst.com, Inc. Filing Against Apple Extended to March 20^th

Santa Rosa, Calif., (February 16, 2006) – Burst.com, Inc. (OTC.BB: BRST.PK) announced today that it had reached a mutual agreement with Apple to postpone the original February 17^th deadline for a response to Apple’s complaint, until March 20, 2006.
